I am passionate about helping you cultivate a deep interior life so you can know, love, follow, and serve Christ in all aspects of your life. I work hard to practice what I preach, living and sharing the wisdom others have taught me on prayer, discernment, and the practical use of Ignatian spirituality to deepen our faith lives.  

Despite the journey it took for me to believe in God’s call for me, accompanying people deeper in their faith lives is at the heart of my vocation—whether through spiritual direction, writing, teaching, or creating prayer and retreat resources. This has been my life’s work for over twenty years, and I can’t imagine stopping anytime soon.

My favorite thing to do is engage in deep conversation—listening as we share our life stories, explore meaningful questions, and discover more about ourselves, each other, and God in the process. My hope is that one day, we can do that together—whether through a retreat, professional development event, through a resource for your prayer life, or my writing. I look forward to accompanying you!  I live in Baton Rouge, LA, with my husband, Chris, and our children, Brady, Abby, and Mary. There is truly no greater joy than sharing life with these four amazing human beings!
